Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
3. Ship the item(s) back to given address provided by our customer service team.
4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a refund within 7 business days
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item(s) are defective or were sent in error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
